I know it's tough to stay motivated everyday, and sometimes it might seem like you are just training for the sake of training, but for right now that's o.k. Like I've said before right now running is as much for you mentally as it is physically. So maybe we're just running to keep from going crazy, or perhaps we're already crazy and we're just running to make sure we are still alive and in control of at least a portion of our own fate. Whatever your reasoning you should just keep trying to improve and be the best you that you can be everyday. Focus on your ultimate goal of trying to be a better faster runner. Running now in the off season is like putting money in the bank into savings , then when track comes around you can right some big checks in a race and not be afraid of bouncing them for lack of funds. Until then keep running and, "Stay Calm and Wash Your Hands."
